Return and Warranty

Return Policy

At Nanatoc, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product within 30 days for a hassle-free return, provided you present a valid proof of purchase.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
  • The appearance and functionality of the product should be undamaged.

We do not accept returns beyond the 30-day return window, and a restocking fee may apply for returns accepted outside this period.

Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at sales@nanatoc.com to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Include your name and/or order number in or on the package to expedite processing.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot issue refunds or exchanges for packages that we do not receive.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. For exchanges, we will send out the new item within a few days, and shipping will be complimentary.

If the item arrived damaged or not as described, please report the issue to us within 7 days of delivery. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. For preference-based returns, the buyer is typically responsible for the return shipping label.

Warranty Policy

All Nanatoc products come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty Details:

  1. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
  2. Replacement products will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty or for 90 days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.
  3. This warranty applies only to products purchased through authorized Nanatoc channels. For products purchased from third parties, please contact them for warranty service.
  4. Products that have reached end-of-life (EOL) will receive software support for at least 2 additional years from the EOL date.

Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, alteration, or disassembly.
  • Damage from handling, storage, installation, or accidents.
  • Damage from extreme temperatures or natural disasters.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized channels, or lost or stolen products.

Return Process for Warranty Claims:

To initiate a warranty claim, provide proof of purchase and details of the defect. An RMA number will be provided for the return process. Please follow the same return process as outlined above.

Disclaimer:

  1. Nanatoc does NOT cover any fees from third parties, including installation, shipping, customs fees, VAT, or any other charges.
  2. Nanatoc is not responsible for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damage, including but not limited to data loss, property loss, or loss of profits.
  3. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and additional charges may apply for incorrectly returned items.
  4. This warranty is governed by the laws of the country where the Nanatoc product is purchased. You may have other rights that vary by location.
